This fund empowers homeowners and small business owners impacted by the Eaton Fire with direct cash assistance in the form of bridge grants.

LA County Recovers / LA County Relief Fund

In response to the devastating 2025 Los Angeles County Wildfires, the County has established the Los Angeles County Relief Fund. This fund, supported by an initial $32.2 million in County funds, will provide direct financial relief to homeowners, tenants, workers, small business owners, and nonprofits most affected by the fires.

CalAssist Mortgage Fund

In response to recent disasters around the state, Governor Newsom announced on June 5 that CalHFA will administer the CalAssist Mortgage Fund, a disaster mortgage relief program. CalHFA will use National Mortgage Settlement funds to support eligible homeowners whose homes were destroyed or left uninhabitable by recent disasters.

SBA Disaster Loan Program

Another important resource that is expiring is the SBA Loan program, which is up to $500k at a very low interest rate, with the first 12 months of deferred payments.

This is a special loan program that goes away on October 15th 2025. Please apply now so you have the option, in case your insurance proceeds are not enough to cover the costs to rebuild.
